Per our discussion earlier regarding the solid waste issue on St. Peter's Church Road (formerly owned by Roger and
Brenda Hinson), please request a check in the amount of $95.00 made payable to the Catawba County Clerk of Superior
Court for filing a new lawsuit against the new owners, Wells Fargo. They are located in Ft. Mill, South Carolina, so we
will not need a check for service, we are going to serve them via certified return receipt mail.
