Dear Mr. and Mrs. Sparrow
The Catawba County Code Enforcement Officer has previously advised you that you are in
violation of Section 44- 318(a)(D(2)and(3) as it pertains to zoning authorization permits.
I have been advised by Jeff Casey, Operations Manager of Mount Anderson, Incorporated, that
the parcel identified as 3677 - 0481 -5204, located at 4848 Sierra Drive was conveyed by warranty
deed to you in a deed recorded at Book 2942 at Page 0871 in the Catawba County registry on
November 14, 2008. A copy of which is enclosed for your reference.
Our record's indicate that you have spoken with Chris Timberlake from the Catawba County
Planning and Zoning Office regarding the option., available in order to correct the zoning issues
and be in compliance with the Catawba County Code. Please be advised that if you have not
remedied this illegal condition by Monday, January S, 20091 will have no recourse but to take
legal t.ction to correct the problem. In the course of this legal action, you will incur additional
expenses.
