This letter will serve as official notification that you are in violation of the Catawba County Code
Ordinances pursuant to North Carolina General Statute 153A -123.
Yon are in violation of Section 44- 318(a)(1)(2)and(3) the Catawba County Code, as it pertains to
zoning authorization permits. Violations of the Catawba County Code may subject the violator
to civil and criminal sanctions.
If you have not remedied this illegal condition by Friday, October 31, 2008 I will have no
recourse but to take legal action to correct the problem. In the course of this legal action, you
will incur additional expenses.
