This letter will serve as official notification that you are in violation of the Catawba County Code
Ordinances pursuant to North Carolina General Statute 153A -123.
The Catawba County Code Enforcement Officer has previously advised you that you are in
violation of Section 44 -807 of the Catawba County Code, as it pertains to the regulation and
removal of junked motor vehicles and Section 44- 318(a)(1)(2)and(3) as it pertains to zoning
authorization permits.
You have failed to comply with previous notices from the Catawba County Planning & Zoning
Office to correct this situation. The matter has now been referred to my office for resolution.
Violations of the Catawba County Code may subject the violator to civil and criminal sanctions.
If you have not remedied this illegal condition by Tuesday, October 28, 2008 I will have no
recourse but to take legal action to correct the problem. In the course of this legal action, you
will incur additional expenses.

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Sparrow:
The Catawba County Code Enforcement Officer has previously advised you that you are in
violation of Section 44- 318(a)(1)(2)and(3) as it pertains to zoning authorization permits.
I have been advised by Jeff Casey, Operations Manager of Mount Anderson, Incorporated, that
the parcel identified as 3677- 0481 -5204, located at 4848 Sierra Drive was conveyed by warranty
deed to you in a deed recorded at Book 2942 at Page 0871 in the Catawba County registry on
November 14, 2008. A copy of which is enclosed for your reference.
Our records indicate that you have spoken with Chris Timberlake from the Catawba County
Planning and Zoning Office regarding the options available in order to correct the zoning issues
and be in compliance with the Catawba County Code. Please be advised that if you have not
remedied this illegal condition by Monday, January 5, 2009 I will have no recourse but to take
legal action to correct the problem. In the course of this legal action, you will incur additional
expenses.
