I am contacting you regarding the above - referenced foreclosure file on Anthony S. White and
Jane H. White. In reviewing the contents of the Catawba County Clerk of Court file on this
matter, it appears that a Notice of Hearing as to Commencement of Foreclosure Proceedings was
filed on March 2, 2009.
I have been retained to resolve a solid waste issue that exists on this property and I am contacting
you in an effort to remedy this illegal condition. Please contact my office at (828) 465 -8483
within 15 days from the date of this letter so that we may discuss this matter, otherwise I will
have no other choice but to seek enforcement through Superior Court.
