Dear Mr. Wilson:
Please be advised that I represent Catawba County's Utilities and Engineering Department. The
above - referenced matter was removed from the February 16, 2009 Superior Court calendar with
the option of re- noticing.
While the solid waste condition that existed on the property has been resolved, you have failed to
respond to my letter dated February 11, 2009 in which I requested that you reimburse Catawba
County for fees incurred by the County to file legal action in the sum of $125.00. Please be
advised that if this amount is not paid within ten days from the date of this letter, we will resume
the legal process.
Upon full receipt of payment, I will file a voluntary dismissal of charges with the Clerk of Court.
