Dear Mr. Smith:
Please be advised that I represent Catawba County's Utilities and Engineering Department.
According to our records, you have resolved the solid waste condition that existed on your
property and are now in compliance.
I am now requesting that you reimburse Catawba County for fees incurred by the County to tile
legal action in the sum of $125.00. Please be advised that if this amount is not paid within
lateen days from the date of this letter, we will resume the legal process.
To avoid having this matter resolved by aludge in Court, payment must be made in cash or by
official bank check made payable to Catawba County. Please deliver this payment to Cal
Burns. Legal Department, County Ivlanager's Office at 100 -A Southwest Boulevard, Post Office
Box 389, Newton, NC 28658.
Upon fall receipt of payment, I wilt file a voluntary dismissal of charges with the Clerk of Court.
