Dear Ms. Rosenberg,
Please be advised that I represent Catawba County. I have been informed by the Catawba
County Code Compliance Technician that the burnt structure has been removed from the above -
referenced property and that you have been advised that the legal case will be closed and the
court fees waived. I appreciate your efforts in resolving this problem, however, now that the
structure has been removed, the exposed surface needs to be stabilized with permanent ground
cover to avoid further problems related to erosion issues. If you have any questions pertaining to
this, please contact Code Compliance Technician, Kim Sue, at (828) 312 -5710.
If steps are not made toward resolving this issue in a timely manner, I will have no other choice
but to seek enforcement through Superior Court action. Please be advised that the property will
be inspected on Tuesday, September 30, 2008. -
