Please be advised that I represent Catawba County. I have been retained to resolve a solid waste
violation that exists on property located within Clines Township of Catawba County, North
Carolina, more specifically described as parcel identification number 3734 -13 -t4 -8674 located at
3322 38 Street Drive, NE in Hickory, North Carolina. Th� solid waste condition that exists on
this property is a burnt dwelling. Our research indicates than you are the owner of record on this
property.
I am contacting you in an effort to remedy these illegal conditions. Please contact my office at

otherwise I have no other choice but to seek enforcement through Superior Court action.
