'I his letter will serve as official notification that you are in violation of the Catawba County Code
Ordinances pursuant to North Carolina (lenerul Statute 153A -123. The Catawha County Code
Coreplimtce Technician has previously advised you that von are in violation of Section 44318 of
the Catawba County Code as it pertains to zoning authorization permits.
You have failed to comply with previous notices to correct this situation. The matter his now
been referred to my office for resolution. Violations of the Catawba County Code may subject
the violator to civil and criminal sanctions.
Please be advised, if you have not remedied this illegat condition by Thursday, February 26,
2009,1 will have no recourse but to take legal action to correct the problem. In the course of this
Icgal action, you will incur additional expenses.
