Dear Mr. and Mrs. Heiden;
Please be advised that I represent Catawba - County Utilities and Engineering Department.
According to our records, you have resolved the solid waste condition that existed on your
property and are now incompliance.
I am requesting that you reimburse Catawba County for fees incurred by the County to file legal
action in the sum of 5139.00. Please be advised that if this amount is not paid within fifteen days
from the date of this loiter, we will resume the legal process.
To as having this matter resolved by a Judge in Court, payment must be made in cash or by
official bunk check made payable to Catawba County. Please deliver this payment to Cad
Burns, Legal Department. at 100- A (Southwest Boulevard (Post Office Box 389) Newton, North
Carolina 28658.
Upon full receipt of payment, I will file a voluntary dismissal of charges with the Clerk of Court.
