Enclosed please Find a copy of the Default Judgment tiled in the above - referenced mutter In
accordance with paragraph 4 of the Default Judgment, also enclosed is a copy of the invoice for
the cost of bringing the subject property, located at Bannock Smith Drive, Hickory, forth
Carolina, into compliance with Catawba County ordinance 32 -6.
Please be advised that you must reimburse Catawba County $1,336.26 for clean -up costs by
Thursday, September 4, 2008. If payment is not received, I will seek enforcement through
Superior Court and the property will be sold at public auction.

THIS MA TIER, coming on to be heard before the Honorable Yvonne. Evans, Locating over
the April 28, 2008, Session of Superior Civil Court held in Newton. North Carolina. Attorney
Anne Marie Pease being present for Plaintiff, Catawba County and the Count having heard
testimony from all parties present, hereby Orders that Plaintiff Tecovet judgment against
Defendants in that
I. Defendant, Jonathan Willis a/19a Jonathan A. Willis a/Wa Jonathan W. Willa avloa
Jonathan Wayne Willis, is enjoined from continuing unlawful use of the subject property
and is ordered In abate the nuisance.
2. That Plaintiff's agents be allowed access to the property, if Defendant has failed to abate
the nuisance within 30 days of this Judgment, for the purpose of bunging the property
into compliance with NCGS ¢ 130A -14,
3. That Plaintiff shall provide the Court an invoice from bringing the property in
compliance, and said invoice shall be charged to Defendant.
4. That if Defendant fails to pav Plaintiff within 45 days of receiving said invoice, a
judgment in the total amount of the Invoice and an% reined court coots shall be attached
to Defendant's property.
5. That Defendain is entered to reimburse Plaintiff for the costs of this action in the amount
of $109.00 for filing fees and $15.00 for service by the Sheriff. Payment in the sum of
$134.00 shall he made in the form of cashier's check or money order made payable to
Catawba County, Post Office Sox 389, Newma, North Carolina 28658. Payment shall be
dob%emd within 45 days of todav's date.
