According to information I have received from Code Compliance, you were granted an
additional 60 days, from the deadline of May 21, 2008 in which to remove the mobile home at
the above referenced location, and comply with the County Code.
While I appreciate your efforts thus far, the Catawba County Code Compliance Tcchntcian
infurrns me that there has been little progress. Please be advised that a site inspection will be
conducted on Monday, August 4, 2008 and if the property is still not in compliance, a Complaint
will be filed with the Clerk of Superior Court on Friday, August 8, 2008.
