Please be advised that I represent Catawba County Utilities and Engineering Department. I have
been advised by the code compliance technician that you have made significant progress in
resolving the solid waste issues that exist on the above - referenced properties. The purpose of
this letter is to serve as confirmation that you have been granted an extension of time in which to
correct the remaining illegal conditions that exist.
If, however, you have not remedied this illegal condition by Friday, March 20, 2009, I will
have no recourse but to take legal action to correct the problem. In the course of this legal
action, you will incur additional expenses.
