Location of Violation: 4290 Stewart Road, Claremont, NC
Dear Mr. and Mrs. Schronce
This letter will serve as official notification that you are in violation of the Catawba County Code
Ordinances pursuant to North Carolina General Statute 153A -123.
The Catawba County Code Enforcement Officer has previously advised you that you need to
remove the abandoned and junk vehicle(s) from the above- referenced location. Storing of
abandoned andjunk vehicles is in violation of Section 44 -807 the Catawba County Code.
The Catawba County Code Compliance Technician previously advised you to remove solid
waste materials from the property at the above - referenced location. The storage of solid waste is
in violation of the Catawba County Code Section 32 -6. Violations of the Code Sections may
subject the violator to civil and criminal sanctions.
If you have not remedied this illegal condition by Tuesday, July 1, 2008, I will have no recourse
but to take legal action to correct the problem. In the course of this legal action, you could incur
additional expenses including, but not limited to, attorney fees and court costs.
