listed/classi�ed, be constructed to meet NSF standards as specified accarding to 15A NCAC 18A
.2b00, Rute .2617 parags•aph (d).
6. As specified according to ISA NCAC 18A .2b00, Rule .2632 "Storage Spaces". All items stored
in rooms «�here food or single-seivice items are stored shall be at least 12 in. (30.48 cm.) above
the floor when placed on stationary starage units oc• 6 in. (I5.24 cm.) above the floor when
placed on portable storage units or other�vise ananged so as to permit tl�orough cleaning.
7. Acceptable materials for �valls, ceilings and coved juncture bases in food preparation, handling
and storage areas include quarry tile, ceramic tile, sealed concrete, commercial linoleum,
fiberglass reinforced panels, stainless steel, wall board painted �vith washable, nonabsorbent
paint, vinyl coated ceiling tiies: brick, cinder blocks, slag blocks, or concrete blocks, if used,
must be glazeci, tiled, plastered or filled so as to provide a smooth sw•face. If pla�s specify tlre

MODEL 630-1 DELI WRAP INSTRUCTIONS
UNPACKING AND ASSEMBLY:
- Remove Deli-Wrap from carton
- Remove cardboard from bottom of unit and heating element.
(CAUTION: DO NOT PLUG UNIT IN WITH CARDBOARD HEATING ELEMENT SUPPORT IN PLACE).
- Screw threaded rod into disc.
- Thread wing nut on the opposite end of rod so the wings of the nut face jam nut.
-Thread disc and rod assembiy into grille assembly until the height is approx.4-1/2"' to 5'�.
- Lock wing nut against grille assembly. (The 4 to 5" dimension given is only a starting place. Due
to the differences in wrapping mediums, you may have to adjust your pedestal height to attain
best wrapping results.)
- Place grille with pedestal assembly on the brackets riveted to the inner shroud.
- Clean out tray can then be put in place. Clean out tray should be centered between shroud
support brackets and resting on the base of the unit.
'" You are now ready to plug the unit into a 15amp 115 volt outlet.
CAUTION: THE CARDBOARD SUPPORT MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE HEATING ELEMENT
BEFORE ENERGIZING UNIT.
OPERATION:
Plug unit in and turn the thermostat switch to the Medium to High position. Pre-heat Deli Wrap
machine for approximately 3 minutes.
Place the product being wrapped on the center of the pedestal, immediately tear off a sheet of
shrink wrap material from the Deli-Wrap dispenser and place over product paying special
attention to the symmetry. Best results will be achieved if the wrapping material is evenly laid
over the product.
In approximately 10 to 20 seconds your product will be enveloped and sealed. Remove from
pedestal and allow to cool. CAUTION: DO NOT LEAVE PRODUCT UNATTENDED WHEN WRAPPING.
MAINTENANCE:
Unplug unit before any cleaning, servicing or maintenance is performed.
The outer shroud, inner shroud, clean out tray and grille assembly with pedestal can be removed
for daily cleaning. CAUTION: ALLOW UNIT TO COOL BEFORE REMOVING ANY PARTS. DO NOT
IMMERSE BASE ASSEMBLY OF THE DELI WRAP IN WATER.
Replace all parts after cleaning.
The Deli-Wrap has been tested and approved by Underwriters Laboratories, to be a safe and
durable product when used and maintained in the manner in which it was intended.

into a standard 2"x4" stud wall and will accommodate most conventional fixtures. This includes standard 120-volt receptacles,
GFI units, coaxial TV cables, CAT lines, phone lines and switches. These fixtures are recessed approximately 2" into the wall
allowing flat panel N's, bookshelves, beds, couches and other furnishings to be pushed up against the wall with only the cords

Recessed Electrical Designs, RED, electrical boxes are made in the U.S.A. of a superior fire rated Polycarbonate. This material can
be nailed or drilled without cracking. The recessed design can be safer than standard boxes. The recessed connection keeps plucy
away from furnishings and curtains that hang down on top of conventional boxes. The 35 cubic inch box size allows for faster
receptacle and conductors installation.
This recessed electrical box is the first in line of many innovative products that will be offered by RED. Upcoming products wil
include hinged cover plates, double, triple and four gang boxes. Different colored cover plates and retrofit boxes will also be
available. This site will be updated with new products as they are offered.
The recessed box will accommodate a wide variety of devices such as phone lines, coaxial cable and other low voltage devices.
The box is designed to fit in a 2x4 stud wall using 1/2 inch sheet rock. However, by backing off the screws from the bus, (the
towers that the screws fit into), the box will work with thicker material such as tile or granite walis. The buses can be cut down to
work with 3/8" paneling as well. Click for Instruction Sheet.
