property: 31-7 (e) -Insufficient measures to retain sediment on site Install measures to prevent sediment from getting into the road. Clean off the road. Install measures at the inlet
pipe ( where it crosses under Herbie Cir) to prevent sediment from leaving the site. THIS IS A VIOLATION OF THE CATAWBA COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES CHAPTER 31 Please remedy the above listed
violation(s) by 03/21/2011. If you do not take the requested action or make other arrangements with this office by 03/21/2011, we will begin formal enforcement action. Enforcement action
may include civil penalties, administrative remedies such as denial or revocation of County/City permits and licenses, criminal court proceedings, and/or action for an injunction or
