Mr. Hinkle,
I am writing to confirm our telephone conversation on Friday, March 18, concerning the wall at the
referenced project which separates the vacant tenant space and the micro-brewery.
Based on the Chapter 34 Building Evaluation we did in 2006, this wall is not required to be fire rated
and is acceptable as it presently exists.
Therefore nothing further is required from your department for approval of the micro-brewery.
Please contact me if this is not correct or if you have any questions.
