Sheet 1- The side exit of this building is designed to discharge onto a concrete pad. Per NCBC section 1007.1, both exits from this occupancy are required to be accessible. Per NCBC section 1024.6 the exterior path of travel to a public way and shall be a fixed, firm, nonslip surface a minimum of 42 inches in width. Egress path shall be shown on drawings. 1. SHOWED SIDEWALK FROM SIDE DOOR TO FRONT SIDEWALK 2. Sheet 2- Appendix B shows the occupant load being based on 15 square foot per person. This would be assuming the presence of tables and chairs. If the building is to be set up with tables and chairs then a layout shall be provide . If no layout is provided the occupant load shafl be based on the two highest occupant loads in accordance with NCBC Table 1004.1.1( concentrated, standing space). 2. SHOWED TABLE LAYOUT FOR OCCUPANCY LOAD ON SHHET 3. 3. Sheet 3- Provide door hardware schedule. Per NCBC section 1008.1.9, panic hardware shall be installed on all egress doors in this occupancy. 3. SHOWED PANIC HARDWARE ON EGRESS DOORS IN SCHEDULE. 4. Sheet 3- Per NCBC Section2406.3 #6, Window on each side of main entry door are closer than 24 inches to the door by scale. These windows shall contain safety glazing, 4. MOVED WINDOW LOCATION SO THEY ARE MORE THAN 24" FROM FRONT DOOR. 5. Sheet 3= Cabinet installation shall comply with the requirements of ICC/ANSI A117.1-2003 chapter. 5. SHOWED CABINET INSTALLATION DETAILS. 6. Sheet P- 2- Water closet Detail- A vertical grab bar shall be instalied in accordance with ICC/ANSI A117.1-2003 section 604.5.1 6. SHOWED VERTICAL GRAB BAR AT WATER CLOSET. 7.
