made of property owned by you, have found the following violation(s): 31-7 (e) -Insufficient measures to retain sediment on site The ditch needs to be stabilized ( recommend using a
liner with check dams). Ground cover needs to be established near the water pump. Recommend inlet and outlet protection around the driveway pipe. THIS IS A VIOLATION OF THE CATAWBA COUNTY
CODE OF ORDINANCES CHAPTER 31 Please remedy any and all code violations before 3/21/2011 12:00:00AM. If the site is not compliant by 3/21/2011 12:00:00AM, all associated county activities
(i.e. Building Services Inspections) will be placed on hold and the attached fine will be assessed beginning 3/18/2011. Each day of a continuing violation shall constitute a separate
