10. Corrective actions needed: Install measures in the ditch to prevent futher ersoion and sediment from leaving the site. Recommend installing inlet and outlet protection on the driveway
pipe and using an erosion control blanket/liner to stabilize the ditch. Groundcover needs to be reapplied on the lot, especially near the water pump. The loose sand might need to be
removed in order for grass to take hold.
