SUBJECT: Migrant Housing Inspections
Enclosed please find a printout of the growers in your county who have registered with us
to date. The computer printout will show the last name of each grower, the first name,
the date our inspection was completed, and if the house has been certified. If you receive
this memo without an attachment, it means that no growers in your county have
registered with us. To find registered growers, you can look on our web site www.
nclabor.com and click on Agricultural Safety and Health. There is a map there showing
all currently registered growers.
If we do not have paperwork on the water and septic systems, we will not certify the
dwelling. If you have inspected a site, please mail or fax us the necessary paperwork
within ten working days so that we can complete the certification process. Again, if you
have a scanner & e -mail capability we encourage you to submit your reports via email.

If a grower has asked you for a water and septic inspection for a migrant house but you
do not see their name on our listing, please notify us immediately.
