A detailed description of the violation(s) follows: Section 44-807 -Junked motor vehicles regulated; removal authorize CERTIFIED LETTER RECEIPT 7008 1830 0004 6920 1438 Directions -Hwy
10 W, right on Providence Church Rd, left on Collie Trail. Junk Vehicles -Vehicles must operate under own power -OR -display current tag -OR -store within a building -OR -be removed
from property. Please make arrangements with me to verify status of vehicles. THIS IS A VIOLATION OF THE CATAWBA COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES CHAPTER 32 AND/OR CHAPTER 44 Please remedy
any and all code violations before 3/10/2011. If the site is not compliant by 3/10/2011, all associated county activities (i.e. Building Services Inspections) will be placed on hold.
