covering all areas disturbed or to be disturbed. Submit a revised sedimentation and erosion control plan for approval for the following areas: Install all sedimentation and erosion control
measures as shown on the approved plan, including but not limited to the following locations: Install temporary sediment traps, basins and rock dams and associated diversions as shown
on the approved plan, including but not limited to the following locations: Install erosion and sediment control devices sufficient to retain sediment on the tract: Install adequate
drop inlet protection as shown on the approved plan, including but not limited to the following locations: Provide adequate temporary or permanent ground cover on all graded slopes where

measures as specified in the approved plan and as required to prevent sedimentation damage including the following locations: 11. Comments: Spoke with Jim Wilson (244-7161) -assistant
pastor and the landscapers. All the landscaping around the building will be completed by March 13th for their first service in the new building. I also spoke with Donnie Johnson with
Matthews Const. (312-0656) and they are going to fill in the temp basin, seed and sow the area and they also have to work on the retention pond. It was installed incorrectly -
not enough volume so they have to make it deeper and wider. All this work is to be scheduled at the same time and all disturbed areas will be stabilized. No activity since last inspection:
