to your plan review dated 1/25/2011. The following corrections have been made to the
plans for the rte atiou interior at 31.59 SE HWY 70, Newton.
1.), The ground snow load has been corrected as per code which requires 20psf min. The area requires 1.5psf but

3.) A wdsection has been added to the plans
4.) The majority of the plumbing is existing. The new plumbing fixtures are located near the existing plain drain
and vent stack and will be connected to the existing drain. An additional drawing has been. added to the
plans. l
5:) The HVAC is existing no changes are to be made. I have included a drawing to show existing locations of
- .supply -air-and return air.
`Aevisioii have been made to the plans noteing that the existing door has a clear span of 32" as required by
code. The hinges are to be modified to allow the door to open to give the 32" clear span.
7.) The handicapped ramp is existing. The contractor is repairing the existing ramp and rail. A hand rail is tieing
attached :to the wall of the building as per code. See revisions on the plans.

side is to be reversed as shown on the plans.
14.) The sauna is not part of this alteration, the space is provided for future additions by the tenant. The unit is
My understanding to be totally self contai.n..ed. The tenant need to submit any cut sheets when they decide to
install.
15.) Panel layout is provided on the drawings.
16.) Panel location has been added to the plans.
