Being an existing roadway twenty (20) feet w d '; a center line of which is hereby described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pin, located North 87' 5' 39" East 15.78 feet from a corner of Walter Lyeriy, located
in the center of Old Catawba Road, thence North 19' 39' 39" East 134.84 feet to a point, thence North 20' 57'
39" East 96.17 feet to a point; thence North 20' 27' 42" East 124,23 feet to a point; thence North 30' 34' 1"
East 184.93 feat to a point; thence North 13' 37' 28" East 43.88 feet to a point; thence continuing North 69'
44' 12" West 81.02 feet to a point; located In the line of Charles J. Cornelius and lying South 72' 54' 49" West
from a common corner of Ethel P. McIntosh and Charles J. Cornelius. A copy of which is hereby attached.
The grant of thiseesement shall run with the lend and shall be binding on and shall inure to the benefits of the
Grantees, their respective heirs, successors or assigns.
The purpose of this deed of easement is to place on record the description of a prescriptive easement.
The existing easement has been adverse , hostile, common open and notorious, continuous and uninterrupted for a
period in excess of twenty years.
NEITHER THE ATTORNEY NOR THE INDIVIDUAL PREPARER OF THIS DOCUMENT PERFORMED ANY TITLE
EXAMINATION NOR PARTICIPATED IN ANY CLOSING RELATED TO THIS DOCUMENT.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, said easementend the rights to ingress, egress and regress over the above described
property to the Grantees.
