Dear Mr. Lamb:
Bradington Young, LLC a subsidiary of Hooker Furniture Corporation is in the process
of building a new plywood storage shed for our Hickory facility. The plant located at the
3 above "address is in a transition move for future production. This letter should satisfy the
intended use of the new plywood building as required by your office.
We plan to construct a new plywood storage facility that will house incoming plywood
for our production operations. The plywood will be stored in this new building to keep it
out of the elements so we can safely use it in our production process. This building at
times will have forklifts stacking and retrieving plywood that will be taken to the main
plant on site. This shed will only store plywood and will not be used anything else.
