Subject: Mt. Pleasant Methodist Church —Proposed Picnic Shelter —Reference# BLDC-1-11-14221
The following is a written response to the building review comments as requested.
CBPR-1-11-8837
1) Name of project was changed on sheet 1 of 3.
2) Area was revised to 4,224 SF. See sheet I of 3
3) A 4' wide sidewalk is now shown on site plan sheet I of 13.
4) If owner desires to put in the skylights, required information will be provided.
6) Ceiling material and location of access to the attic space is specified on sheet 5 of 13.
7) Wall section and lintel details are shown on sheet I I of 13.
8) Detail of Bathroom fixtures are shown on sheet 7 of 13. Revisions to the Truss to Beam connection
detail was made on sheet 10 of 13 as requested.
FIRE-1-1 1-8840
1) Lighting was added above each door opening of the building. See sheet 2 of 13.
2) Fire Extinguishers were added in each room. See sheet 2 of 13.
3) If Storage area is converted to a Kitchen, owner will provide the required hood system with fire
suppression as requested.
4) Existing and proposed driveway was dimensioned as required. See sheet I of 13.
