adequate groundcover 31-5 (b) -Unprotected exposed slopes 31-4 (d) -Failure to take all reasonable measures 31-13 -Failure to maintain erosion control measures Located on your property
at the above address are major erosion control issues that need to be addresses immediately. THIS IS A VIOLATION OF THE CATAWBA COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES CHAPTER 31 Please remedy the
above listed violation(s) by 02/14/2011. If you do not take the requested action or make other arrangements with this office by 02/14/2011, we will begin formal enforcement action. Enforcement
action may include civil penalties, administrative remedies such as denial or revocation of County/City permits and licenses, criminal court proceedings, and/or action for an injunction
