NW in Hickory at Exxon Gas Station & Old Lenoir Rd. house on left just past 5th Ave NW. The front yard has been seeded but temp ground cover needs to be down until the perm. ground cover
is established. THIS IS A VIOLATION OF THE CATAWBA COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES CHAPTER 31 Please remedy the above listed violation(s) by 11/11/2010. If you do not take the requested action
or make other arrangements with this office by 11/11/2010, we will begin formal enforcement action. Enforcement action may include civil penalties, administrative remedies such as denial
or revocation of County/City permits and licenses, criminal court proceedings, and/or action for an injunction or other court order directing remedy of the above listed violation(s).
