I can come by and date the others if you need me to. 3. Steve, we may have to discuss this next one, however, there is absolutely nothing in this church project that would ever have us get to an Institutional Occupancy. First of all, Zion Lutheran Church is a church. As such, it is an A -3 occupancy. The educational, or Sunday school rooms are clearly covered under 305.1. Religious educational rooms, which are accessory to places of z worship in accordance with Section 508.3.1 and have occupant loads of less than 100, shall be classified as A -3 occupancies. Those spaces are accessory to the place of worship and are not, according to 508.3.1 exception 3, a separate occupancy. Here is the bottom line. They are not going to sprinkle the building, nor are they required to. They are not an Institutional occupancy. Where did you get Mothers Morning Out anyway? It could only have come from the cabinet elevations which were old and never got revised. Those elevations have now been revised to reflect whats on the plans. They may not make any changes to their existing programs that are currently operating at the church. If, and only if, they did decide to use the rooms in the z future to expand that program, and if it is suggested that by having a part time mothers morning out program, which is part of the ministry at Zion Lutheran Church, is what makes the project Institutional, then they would not do it.
