Dear Ms Pruette:
This letter will serve as official notification that you are in violation of the Catawba County Code
of Ordinances pursuant to North Carolina General Statute 153A-123.
The Catawba County Code Compliance Technician previously advised you that you need to
remove solid waste materials from your property at the above -referenced.. location. The storage
of solid waste is in violation of the Catawba County Code Section 3 -6.
1f you have not remedied this illegal condition by Thursday, January "27, 2011 1 will have no
recourse but to take legal action to correct the problem. In the course of this legal action, you
could incur additional expenses including, but not limited for attorney fees and court costs.
