detailed description of the violation(s) follows: Section 44 -Other -UDO Violation You are operating a business that has not received a Zoning Compliance Certificate. Compliance is predicated
on completing the fencing as indicated on the plans which were submitted to the Zoning Department on Aug 2009. THIS IS A VIOLATION OF THE CATAWBA COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES CHAPTER 32
AND/OR CHAPTER 44 Please remedy any and all code violations before 1/17/2011. If the site is not compliant by 1/17/2011, all associated county activities (i.e. Building Services Inspections)
