Lineberger, wife, hereinafter called "GRANTOR," and Harold Lineberger and Anna B. Lineberger, wife, hereinafter called "GRANTEE;" WITNESSETH : NOW, THEREFORE, said GRANTOR, for and in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby give, grant, convey,bargain and sell unto the GRANTEE, its heirs, successors and assigns, a permanent, perpetual, unlimited and appurtenant easement for the purpose of laying an underground septic tank, a septic drying field, and all appurtenances related thereto, together with the right to enter upon said right of way as herein described and construct, maintain and repair underground septic drying field lines and/or mains , together with the right to excavate and refill ditches and/or trenches for the location of said pipe line and/or mains and drying fields, and the further right to remove trees,bushes, undergrowth and other obstructions interfering with the location, construction and maintenance of said pipe line and/or mains and with the further right to go on said right of way for other purposes which may be directly or indirectly necessary for the operation of said septic tank and septic drying field, the exact location of said easement herein referred to described more specifically by metes and bounds as follows: SEE EXHIBIT"A"ATTACHED HERETO TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said easement to the GRANTEE, its heirs, successors and assigns forever and it being agreed that the easement herein granted is appurtenant to and runs with the lands affected by this easement. As part of the consideration of this grant, the Grantee expressly agrees that after the installation of the septic tank, septic drying field, and all appurtenances related thereto, it will restore the property to the same grade and general condition it was in and will re-grade, re-seed and straw any area damaged by Grantee, its employees, agents, assigns or guests as a result of said installation.
