System Installation Comments: A new pump tank(GST 1000, STB 160,dated 7/10)was installed and connected to the
existing septic tank. Four lines of 25% reduction chambers were installed (82' per line')
for a total of 328 linear feet. Pressure manifold contains 4 taps and was set at 2 feet of
head pressure. Pump tank floats were checked and passed inspection.
