Description of complaint I did not see a Health inspection posted up inside their facility. I looked online
and didn't see one posted for them. I'm concerned because they served dirty
wet silverware to us. It took three attempts to get clean silverware and I still
had to dry and wipe off the silverware to use it. They had the silverware in a
tub all wet and were serving them with their bare hands on trays with food
when the silverware didn't look clean. Ice cream was being served melted. All
the ice cream except one flavor was soupy looking. I couldn't find a manager
for help. None of the Kitchen crew that had long hair or long beards had hair
nets. Flys were everywhere too. After I told an employee about the dirty
silverware and melted ice cream,they hid the silver tray from the public and
dumped the melted ice cream to serve the rest of it that wasn't melted and yet.
I don't think they have a commercial dishwasher to clean their dishes. I think
they're only using a 3 compartment sink according to their Tik Tok video
posted on August 7th. Someone that had a yellow sleeveless top was drinking
beer and going into the kitchen to work. You can see them in that Tik Tok
video as well. It was posted to Facebook and instagram as well. It was our
first and only time going there. We won't be going back there again.
