home is proposed to be removed from the property.
• An existing septic tank and drain field(gravel bed approximately 7.5'x50') were found during the inspection.
• No permit is on file for the septic system. Please note that the existing septic system is not appropriately sized for a
three-bedroom home.
• Proposed house has 3 bedrooms for 6 occupants.
• Do not drive, grade,cut,or fill over septic system area.
• Please note that the proposed home must meet the 25' minimum setback to both wells on the property when it is
installed at the site.
• The supply line between septic tank and house must be at least 25' from any well.
• Noncompliance: N/A
