• Existing system inspection for a proposed three-bedroom mobile home reconnection. The original three-bedroom
mobile home was removed from the site and a new three-bedroom mobile home for a maximum of 6 occupants is
proposed at approximately the same location as the original mobile home.
• An existing septic tank and drain field(four lines of 25% reduction chambers each approximately 57' long)were
found during the inspection.
• The septic tank and drain field were installed on May 29, 2001, under permit number 3260.
• Do not drive, grade, cut, or fill over septic system area.
• Noncompliance: N/A
