damaged by fire and demolished. A new three-bedroom house is proposed at approximately the same location as the
original house.
• An existing septic tank and drain field(4 trenches of chambers approximately 76',76',76',and 72')were found
during the inspection. Additionally, a disconnected gravel bed(approximately 5'x50')was found between the house
and the chambers drain field.
• The existing septic tank and drain field in use were installed on 8/28/2014, under repair permit: Auth-07-2014-
051568.
