The existing system will accommodate 2 bedrooms and the new PPBPS System will be installed to expand the system by two bedrooms. • MA&A is only requesting an IP be issued under the requirements of G.S. 130A-335(a2). • The proposed house site has been staked by the surveyor. The back left and right corners are in the existing house and driveway. They are not staked at the corner. • The proposed septic area should be fenced off prior to construction activities and maintained throughout construction. No vehicular traffic should be allowed in the septic area. Failure to do so will result in the permit being revoked. • MA&A is proposing drip repair up to 20' inside of the 50' buffer, along with some additional area in front of the lot for a total of 2436ft2. The repair area in the front of the lot is setback at 15' from the basement cut due to pretreatment. • Keep all parts of the system 25' upslope or 15' on a side slope from a 2' or greater cut. • The existing well is going to be abandoned and a new well is going to be drilled in the area indicated on the site plan.
