This department has received a complaint of mosquitos in and around a pool located at the above address. You
are listed as the owner of this property. Poor pool maintenance that harbors mosquito larvae may constitute a
public health nuisance with possible health and safety hazards. Our department has treated your pool with safe,
nontoxic mosquito larvicide. This should offer short-term relief from mosquitos.
To avoid further notification and potential legal action, you must resolve this problem within 14 days.
