Additional Specifications:
House has been revised to 3 BR and no basement on 6/15/2023. The hangar shall not be used as an accessory
dwelling and will have a bathroom only.
The diversion ditch and retention pond have been filled in and the original proposed initial septic system area is
still flagged on 6/23/2023.
Keep all parts of septic system and any future repair minimum. 50'from any individual well, 10'from property
lines, 10'from any water or utility lines, 5'from any building foundation, 15'from proposed pool.
Lines to be installed on contour and shall be shot in as needed for installation by contractor and EHS during
preconstruction conference. Call EHS at 828-244-0943 minimum 1 week prior to planned installation to
schedule.
Install 5x40'trenches for 200 linear feet total of 50% reduction horizontal panel block Feed all trenches equal
with a distribution box and speed levelers.
System to be installed in accordance with all manufacturer specifications with a maximum 20"trench bottom on
low side of trench Cover to be brought in as needed to have 6"minimum cover across the drainfield and shaped
to divert water away from the drainfield.

The issuance of this permit by the I lealth Department does not guarantee the issuance of other permits. It is the responsibility of the applicant
/property owner to insure that all Catawba County Planning/Zoning and Building Inspections requirements are met. This Authorization to
Construct Permit is subject to revocation if the site plan.plat or the intended use changes.or if site conditions are altered. The Authorization to
Construct Permit is not affected by a change in ownership of the property. This permit was issued in compliance vs ith the provisions of the
North Carolina'Lairs and Rules lin Serraee Treatment and Disposal Sislenrs' (I5A NC AC I8A.1900). Neither Catawba County nor the
Environmental I health Specialist warrants that the septic tank system will continue to function satisfactorily for any given period of time.
Any permit issued for a conventional system may be used for an accepted system without Environmental Health authorization or permit
