I wish you had been able to accompany him during the inspection. I furnish this report in confidence as your agent and employee for your exclusive use as an aid in determining the physical condition of the subject premises. The scope of the inspection was limited to the foundation. This report is intended to cover only those portions of the premises that may be examined visually without excavation, removing surface materials, disassembling equipment or moving furniture and household effects We have used our best skill and judgment to provide an informative and unbiased inspection at reasonable cost. The recommendations and comments contained in this report are presented to help you make this house better and more comfortable, and to inform you of the important features and conditions of it's construction. Although the structure and equipment may be satisfactory when examined, their condition may change later. This report is not to be construed as a guarantee or warranty of the structure or equipment, or of its fitness for any particular use. . No tests, measurements or calculations have been made except as described in this report. We have not investigated for toxic materials or wastes, or examined public records regarding this property. He examined the foundation and the pier footings. The footings are for a triple-wide manufactured home and appear to be on undisturbed residual soil. The curtain wall is on a non load bearing wall that will be constructed of brick or block with piers supported every six feet. Plans for the foundation were not available at the site. Mr. Oliver did not verify the correct locations of the footings. I trust that this report provides the information you need. Please telephone me if you have questions.
