Shared well is located at 1147 Whispering Winds.
Keep all parts of septic and any future repair system minimum: 100'from any shared well, 50'from any
individual well, 10'from property lines, 10'from foundation drain from home on crawl space, 15'from cut from for
home on side slope, 15'from pool, 10'from property lines. 50'from lake high water mark.
Lines to be installed on contour and have been shot in by LSS and verified by EHS. Keep system shallow to
allow for slope correction and depth to rock with a MAX 22"trench bottom on lower side. Utilize lines marked on
site plan 1-6 to install 480 linear feet of 25% reduction system.
Any grading, driving, filling, or cutting in system or repair areas will result in revocation of permits.

Landscaping or other site alterations that potentially divert groundwater or surface water toward the septic system, or prevent
proper drainage away from the septic system, including the direction of gutter flows or foundation drains, is not approved, and
may result in failure to approve the initial system installation. or the suspension/revocation of existing permits.
