the above address are some erosion control issues. See attached Sedimentation Inspection Report. THIS IS A VIOLATION OF THE CATAWBA COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES CHAPTER 31 Please remedy
any and all code violations before 1/9/2011 12:00:00AM. If the site is not compliant by 1/9/2011 12:00:00AM, all associated county activities (i.e. Building Services Inspections) will
