-Failure to maintain erosion control measures Located on your property at the above address are some erosion control issues. Sections of the existing silt fence is failing and needs
to be repaired and on the left side of the lot erosion control measures need to be installed to prevent sediment runoff into the lake. THIS IS A VIOLATION OF THE CATAWBA COUNTY CODE
OF ORDINANCES CHAPTER 31 Please remedy any and all code violations before 1/9/2011 12:00:00AM. If the site is not compliant by 1/9/2011 12:00:00AM, all associated county activities (i.e.
Building Services Inspections) will be placed on hold and the attached fine will be assessed beginning beginning 12/21/2010. Each day of a continuing violation shall constitute a separate
