Review Comments In response to the Hickory Fire Prevention Bureau's plan review comments, HOM Associates has made the following revisions: General Comments: 1. Sheet FP-1 was revised
adding Inspector's Note #1 concerning the site and grading plan reviews must be incorporated into this documents. 2. Sheet FP-1 was revised adding Inspector's Note #2 concerning maintenance
of the access road and the fire protection prior to beginning to construction, 3. Sheet FP-1 was revised adding Inspector's Note #3 concerning relocating the FDC to the island adjacent
to hydrant and protecting with a bollard. 4. The Architect is revising the documents to indicate indicate an approved fire wall, 5. The Architect will specify all signage. 6. The Architect
will specify the requirements to identify the fire walls. 7. There are currently no assembly spaces in Ihe facility. 8. There are currently no assembly spaces in the facility. 9. The
Architect and the Owner will provide building signs. 10. The Architect construction documents indicate the portable fire extinguisher locations. 11. Sheet FA-1 indicates the location
