Subject: A2 permits for 9223 Grayson Green
The application for the IP and CA is incomplete. The following are missing:
The application shall be accompanied by a signed and dated statement from the applicant (owner or owner's legal
representative) that reads as follows: "The LSS/LG evaluation(s) attached to this application is to be used to issue an
Improvement Permit in accordance with G.S. 130A-335(a2) and (a3)."
The AOWE/PE submittal shall be accompanied by a signed and dated statement from the applicant (owner or owner's
legal representative) that reads as follows: "The plans or evaluations attached to this application are to be used to issue
a Construction Authorization in accordance with G.S. 130A-335(a2), (a5) and (a6)."
Please send this to me and we can issue those permits.
