building is to be located a minimum of 5' from the drain field.
• An existing septic tank and drain field (four lines of gravel trenches each approximately 75' long)were found during
the inspection.
• The septic tank was replaced on 10/31/2019, under permit number OP-10-2019-124223 and the drain field was
installed on 5/15/1990, under permit number 001234.
• Do not drive, grade,cut, or fill over septic system area.
