The following conditions were observed: Hand dug well 48 inches across no longer in use. Cap has fallen in. To avoid further notification and potential legal action, you must bring the well into compliance by 5/6/2023 by one of the following actions in accordance with North Carolina Well Construction Standards, 15A NCAC 2C .0100: Well must be abandoned for safety reasons.
